About Us

The Baty’s grew up farming and ranching. With this lifestyle there is always something to build, repair and a lot to learn. We have always been fascinated with building, and creating projects but also learning new techniques, efficiencies and methods of making old processes better.  We have had the opportunity to work across North America in the trenches of many different industries. We have many great mentors that we met along the way that have helped us grow and develop our skill set in each trade. 

From general laborers to management team, and from pipeline/utility work to roads and bridges. We have enjoyed all of the work that came our way. We started building our own buildings and fences for our ranch in 2010. Fencing has always been in our DNA from our early ranch days. 

We added our experience in the oil fields and started doing a lot of metal pipe fence livestock fencing for our own ranch and for other ranches in the community. This began to grow over time and we started doing more work in the livestock industry building hay barns, livestock shelters, corrals, and then we migrated into shops, excavation and dirt work so that we could self perform on our work on each jobsite. We feel like we have learned from some of the best in the industry.  In 2015 we began helping Gary Shaw Construction building a few pole barns and shops each year. In 2023 Gary retired and we began to take over the reins at that time. Our goal was to fill a void in the construction market of Eastern Idaho and Western Wyoming that was a growing void. 

We are here to help each customer design, create, and build their dream projects. From hay barns, and shops to bridges, irrigation systems, and livestock barns we cover it all and self perform 95% of the work ourselves.
